The proposed container homes boast four distinct designs that cater to diverse needs and preferences:

Alternative Facade Triplex: This eye-catching design adds aesthetic diversity to the neighborhood while maintaining the functional benefits of a triplex.
ADA-Compliant Duplex: Ensuring accessibility for all, this design caters to individuals with disabilities, emphasizing inclusivity in community development.
WRJ Developers Inc. and Three Squared Inc. are teaming up to bring a new idea called “abstainers” to Ohio. They are creating affordable homes out of shipping containers.
