Rent-To-Own operates without interest rates. It involves a month-to-month rental agreement, and upon finishing the rental term, ownership of the container is transferred to you. This arrangement is based on a rental rate without any interest or principal charges. There are no concealed fees or exclusions. Rent-to-own differs from conventional financial institutions as it does not provide loans.
Rent-To-Own does not conduct credit checks for approval or report to credit bureaus. However, Rent-To-Own may choose to perform a public background check as needed.
The liability damage waiver protects your container in case of unexpected incidents beyond your control. Rent-To-Own safeguards only the container, not its contents. This waiver covers the entire outstanding balance of your agreement and costs $8 per month.
A 33% discount is available for settling the outstanding balance ahead of schedule.
Opt for a longer term of up to 48 months or boost the initial down payment.
Rent-to-own is offered in all states except for Minnesota, New Jersey, and Wisconsin. Presently not available in Canada.
All containers are available for rent-to-own financing except for As-Is and those that have undergone extensive modifications.
