He crafted much of it himself such as welding large portions together and innovatively executing DIY features that make it truly unique.span class="dots">...
It took an entire nine years to complete this 3 bedroom, 320 sqm home into reality from designing it, getting approvals and finally building completion. The containers were modified offsite with all cut-outs done beforehand as well as spray foam insulation beneath them before they were delivered and placed using a crane. One of the biggest obstacles was finding a way to insulate the containers while connecting them to another structure, dropping them between two buildings via an alleyway that was too narrow for their size.
