“Fantastic company to deal with. I needed a high 40 foot container to house power equipment that normally sits out all winter. I found on-site online and sent a request to them. Star contacted me directly. We discussed my needs and she immediately contacted the delivery agent for my area. She was able to get a quick turn around. I discussed finance with her which is a nice option but decided to pay outright. Once payment was made Star called right away and confirmed the delivery information. We were expecting a bad storm her with blizzard conditions. The delivery agent asked to come early. Star again reached out and confirmed an earlier day which was awesome as I would be able to get all of my things inside before the storm. The morning of delivery Eli called from Victor transport out of Chicago. Super friendly man. I gave him some pointers on the best exit to get to my house without going through town. He arrived on time. I showed him where I wanted it placed as well as an alternative. He said no problem. He put that truck and trailer in on the first try. Waited a few minutes while I placed the blocks under it and even helped. Dropped it and did a walk through with me. Signed off and down the road he went total drop time about 25 minutes. I was very apprehensive about doing this kind of transaction via phone and email but Star and Victor transport did not let me down. If I ever need another unit I will call on site first!
